During my visit to Cairanne, I also had the chance to taste the only wine produced by Domaine Cros de Romet, crafted by Alain Boisson: the Cros de Romet 2024. The 2023 vintage was not produced; instead, a new cuvée called BabyCros was released that year.

The Cros de Romet 2024 is the sole cuvée of Alain Boisson and represents a concentrated, authentic expression of the Cairanne AOC in the Southern Rhône.
